The owners of the Choy Lee motor sailor asked us to spec and install a bow thruster for the 2016 season.  We installed a Side-Power 24 volt SE80/SE100.  The boat is a 12 volt boat so we installed a separate 24 volt battery bank with its own 12v to 24v battery charger.  The owners love the thruster.
